In the world in which we live, new gadgets and products are constantly being added to create better and more creative products. In the race for making such products, Acer has recently launched Aspire A5. Acer Aspire A5 is currently the world’s thinnest ultrabook and is very compact as well as powerful.

If you compare this thickness to MacBook Air, the original Ultrabook that was the inspiration for all the Ultrabook revolution, it is 0.68 inches thick at it’s thickest point. The weight of Acer Aspire A5 is only 3 pounds. The guidelines given by Intel for Ultrabook moniker is that the ultrabooks should be thinner than 0.71 inches and lighter than 3.1 pounds, and Aspire A5 definitely beats all that.
Along with the slim and cool looking stuff, it also has some of the features that makes it stand out of the crowd. It has proprietary Acer Green Instant On through which the notebook comes from sleep mode to normal mode in less than 1.5 seconds. There is also the feature of Acer Always Connect through which you can reconnect to all the online services that you were previously logged into before the computer went to the sleep mode.
