I am new to buying online. I had heard enough of the horror stories about – damaged/used goods been delivered, very long delivery time, replacement issues etc.
But of late I had been buying online small things like books,headphones etc. I slowly started to build confidence in the whole idea of shopping online. This time I needed a laptop for myself and thought of shopping online. I was looking for a 14.1″ core i5 laptop for around 30k. Just when i thought i found my (dream) laptop and was about to order online, all the horror stories came back to my mind when i discovered this:

At some places they are mentioning the laptop to be powered by Core i3 while at others to be powered by Core i5. Same was the case for RAM – at places 2GB and at others 6 GB. Seems like they themselves are not sure about the configuration and expect us to buy from them.
