Honda, one of the most reputed companies in Automobile sector, launched its entry level hatchback car Brio in India.

Honda Brio has four variants and the price that you need to pay for an entry level most basic car is Rs 3.95 lakh (about US $8,800). The four variants and the price for each are given below:

When the whole industry is going for hatchbacks, Honda has been comparatively late in launching its hatchback. But it’s never too late for anything. The company has high hopes from this car and hopes that it would be a huge success in countries like India where owning a car is considered as a big thing.

The Honda Brio has 1.2 litre i-VTEC engine. This is the same engine that was used in Jazz. The engine delivers a power of 88bhp and a torque of 109 N m. The Honda Brio S version of the car gets all the features of Brio E version along with airbags, ABS and USB/aux-in audio system with steering mounted controls. The Brio V version is equipped with features such as fog lamps, alloy wheels, and a different seat trim.
