We have seen in the past few days that most of the digital, technology and gadget based companies are coming up with their own tablet. The latest in the tablet race is Huawei.
Huawei – the Chinese manufacturer, yesterday announced the launch of its Media Pad tablet in Singapore. And it looks like that the Media Pad would punch out all other tablets hard in their faces.
According to Huawei, Media Pad is the world’s slimmest, lightest, smartest and most affordable tablet in its class. The Huawei Media Pad comes with Android 3.2 Honeycomb which is better than 3.1 version. The tablet is equipped with Qualcomm’s 1.2 GHz Snapdragon processor. It has a capacitive display of 7 inch with an awesome pixel density of 217 PPI. Its resolution is much higher when you compare it to others like iPad’s 132 PPI, Motorola Xoom’s 160 PPI and Galaxy Tab’s 149 PPI.
The Huawei MediaPad has full support for Adobe Flash 10.3 unlike iPad. It also supports 1080 full HD video and has HDMI output. It can play video and audio in all standard formats.

The prices for the Huawei tablet were not officially announced, but one thing is for sure that Huawei would bring Media Pad at attractive rates.
This tablet would definitely be giving sleepless nights to its competitors. What remains to be seen is that whether Huawei delivers all that is promised by it. On the outside, the tablet looks damn good and is one of the better choices between Huawei and its competitors.
