Lenovo has taken a big leap in the tablet market by rolling out three new tablet computers recently. They have their IdeaPad Tablet K1 for general customers and ThinkPad for the multi-tasking business users. On the same lines they will have the IdeaPad Tablet A1 for the entry level customers.
This new line of Tablets has cool new features like Android 3.1 OS and NVIDIA Tegra 2 dual-core mobile processors that enable speedy multi-tasking, web browsing with built-in Flash and high resolution gaming. Even after these features it manages a decent battery life.
The IdeaPad K1 and IdeaPad A1 both have nice mobility and entertainment on the go but the difference is in the configuration and hence in the prices. Also, the ThinkPad tablet offers nice multi-tasking capabilities with security and speed for business class users.
These Tablets will have more than 40 apps already installed and for further use customers can download more either from the Lenovo App store or the Android Market.
This is what Mr. Amar Babu, Managing Director; Lenovo India had to say while launching the Tablets, “Tablets are extremely personal technology devices used primarily for data consumption. Lenovo’s tablet strategy is to create a family of tablets suited to various entertainment and mobility requirements. So whether it’s the IdeaPad for entertainment or the ThinkPad for business, we have listened to our customers and are delivering Android tablets designed to meet their particular needs. We have also loaded our tablets with a lot of distinct features that will make these machines very appealing.”
