Nokia, the Finnish company, who is the market leader in the Indian market in terms of mobile handsets, launched it’s smartphone E7 in the Indian market.
This phone is suited for professional people who have a liking for multimedia. It has a 4 inch display and a QWERTY keybord for easy typing. According to D Shivakumar, vice president and managing director, Nokia India – “Nokia E7 is a smartphone which can do both the work of a multimedia and a professional phone. We are pretty sure that E7 will meet the expectations of the consumers.”
Nokia initially announced that the price of E7 would be Rs 35,000 (INR) but the manufacturers dropped it’s price and is now available at a price tag of Rs. 29,999 (INR).

The new Nokia E7 is equipped with 8 mega pixel camera, 16 GB flash memory (on-board), secure access to email and calender. It is one of the slimmest business phone from Nokia till date and is very impessive in user experience. It has social utilities like Facebook, Twitter, YouTube etc. It has very smooth user experience.
It measures 123.7 x 62.4 x 13.6 mm and weighs 176 g. It has good battery life and gives upto 5 hours of talk time over WCDMA and upto 430 hours of standby time.
Nokia has recently got into contract with Vodafone for 2 GB of data per month free for six month.
