Now this will surely give Steve Jobs some feeling of a challenge. The Samsung Series 9 Notebook is a perfect device that the MacBook Air might fear. At CES 2011 Samsung unveiled it and it will be ready to use this week.
The Series 9 notebook is thinner, lighter, fitted with a better processor competitor for MacBook Air and it goes without saying that it demands a cooler price than the MacBook Air. The cheapest Series 9 notebook is for $50 more than the costliest MacBook. This will have an Intel 1.4 GHz Core i5-2537M processor,4 GB of RAM and a 128 GB SSD.

The customers and even Apple Computers is not used to hearing stuff like that but when Samsung made this ultra thin device and packed a gamut of parts in a very sleek design, they were bound to hit the news.
After this, Samsung is set to roll out the next pricey model in April this year. This new model is an 11.1-inch ultrathin laptop running the Core i3-380UM processor, 2 GB of RAM and a 64 GB SSD. The unofficial price of this one is around $1,150.
