HTC Thunderbolt is the first LTE phone to hit the market. It is available on the Verizon network for $249.99 and for $599.99 if taken without the contract and unlocked.
This new phone runs on a single core 1 GHz Snapdragon CPU and uses Android 2.2 as its OS. It has a 786 MB RAM and an internal memory of whopping 8GB to which you can add 32GB through a microSD card. The 8 mp camera with LED flash will surely keep you clicking away all day. Not only this, but the phone also has a 1.3 mp camera on the front so that you can click your own pictures to see on the 4.3 inch large screen with 400×800 resolution.
All this is just the surface, the real deal is the super fast LTE network which the phone supports. This network provides the luxury of 4G speed which is a boon for heavy data users on the phone. Basically this network is capable of providing max. download speed of 326.4 Mbits/s but users won’t be getting all that power so soon.
