Nokia has announced an addition to its total Asha series of smartphones. The new Asha 303 is the latest Asha smartphone that Nokia has to offer.
Nokia Asha 303 is a touch and type smartphone that has QWERTY keypad built into it. The phone is designed to do web browsing, gaming, entertainment and all types of social networking.
The new Nokia Asha 303 is equipped with a powerful processor of 1 GHz. It has a capacitive touchscreen of 2.6 inch. Many applications and entertainment features are built-in into this mobile phone. Applications which comes pre-installed into the phone include – Zenga TV, Angry Birds Lite, Whatsapp along with DRM free Nokia Music unlimited service, Mobile TV.
This phone from Nokia – Nokia Asha 303, is priced in India at Rs 8,899. Nokia has also tied up with Vodafone. Now customers also get the Asha 303 along with 1 GB of 3G/ 2G data (on 3G) per month for 4 months. These all will be issues free along with the phone.
Viral Oza, Nokia India Director of Market, at the launch of the phone said that, “Nokia has been bringing smart innovation on mobile devices to newer price points, feeding the vast appetite for digital consumption for consumers who are young, urban, hyper-social and want the smartest phones at affordable prices.”
The Asha 303 has internal memory of 170 MB. The phone also has Bluetooth connectivity. It has a 3.2 megapixel camera and support for memory of upto 32 GB.
