The German auto car maker, Audi is on a launching spree this season. The company had already launched a couple of vehicles this year with the latest being Audi S4.
This time, the company did a soft launch of much anticipated majestic SUV, Audi Q3. This soft launch was made yesterday in India. The launch of Audi Q3 was one of the most eagerly awaited launches in terms of car launches for the country.
The Audi Q3 would be in direct competition with BMW X1 which is yet to be launched. If the launch spee from Audi continues, then the company would soon become the number one brand in the luxury car segment. Currently, this position is held by BMW.
The Audi Q3 is one of the first SUV cars in the luxury segment which comes along with a Quattro drivetrain. The car has 2.0 TDI robust engine which gives it a power of 130kW. Audi Q3 has 16 inch forged aluminium alloy wheels. The Audi Q3 generates a torque of 380 Nm. It has other features such as interior lighting package, L-grain/leatherette B-grain seat upholstery, panoramic roofand Storage package and inlays in Monometallic or truffle beige.
The price for Audi Q3 base model is Rs 26.21 lakh onwards. The price goes up to the level of Rs 31.49 lakh for the top end model. All the prices that are mentioned above are the ex-showroom in Maharashtra.
Currently only a total of 500 Audi Q3 would be available for booking in the first lot.
