In our opinion, this is a good move by ICC to prevent illegal betting which takes the charm away from the game. You cannot stop betting completely but you can surely make all the precautions to stop it and to limit it to the least levels. ICC has also asked team staff members to stop tweeting during the cricket world cup 2011.

On the other hand, Indiatimes 58888 has bagged the content rights of ICC Cricket World Cup 2011 for mobile. Indiatimes 58888 is the mobile division of Times Internet Ltd. Better known as TIL.

TIL will also be offering the services such as World Cup theme as Ring Back Tone, Cricket Trivia & Predicta-based contests, Post Match Analysis and Mobile Marketing advertisements.
