LG Devices Announced To Be Upgraded To Android 4.0 – Ice Cream Sandwich

About one month back, LG announced its plan to upgrade its devices to Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich. It announced that it would soon be out with the list of devices as to when and which devices would be upgraded to Android 4.0.

Well, LG has updated this list on its Facebook page. The list of devices that would be upgraded to Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich has been published by LG on its Facebook page.

According to the reports, LG would be rolling out the upgrade in two groups. One group would receive the upgrade by Q2 2012 while the other group of devices would be receiving the upgrade by Q3 2012.

The first group of devices that would be receiving the upgrade during Q2 2012 would include the following devices:

  • LG my Touch Q
  • Prada phone by LG 3.0
  • LG Eclipse
  • LG Optimus LTE
  • LG Optimus 2X LG Optimus Sol

The second group of devices that would be receiving the upgrade during Q3 2012 would include the following devices:

  • LG Optimus Q2
  • LG Optimus Big
  • LG Optimus 3D
  • LG Optimus EX
  • LG Optimus Black
