The much awaited BSNL tablet is all set to be launched on June 15, 2012 in Indore. This announcement was made by G C Pandey, senior general manager, BSNL – Indore.
The announcement was made during the first telecom consultative committee of the year which was held in Indore. Other than the tablet, there is much more that BSNL is planning to offer. For instance, BSNL is planning to launch services like ATTH and WiMax shortly in India.
The tablet was initially announced three months before but due to insufficient stock, there was significant amount of delay in the launch of the Tablet. “However, we would have sufficient stock now,” – said Mr G C Pandey.
The launch of WiMax would take some time to be launched but in many parts of the city, ATTH had already been launched.
As for the price of the tablet, the tablet from BSNL would be available in three variants carrying the price tags of Rs 3,700, Rs 7,500 and Rs 13,500.
