Chevrolet has launched a new version of their SUV Captiva in India. The revised version of Captiva has 2.2 litre engine that is capable of producing 186.5 Ps of Power.
The new Captiva from Chevrolet produces a total torque of 424 Nm. The engine supports 6 speed automatic transmission. The new revised Chevrolet Captiva has been priced at a base price of Rs 18.74 lakh in India.
The revised Captiva has new design of headlamps as well as wing mirrors. The grille of new Captiva is divided by Chevy bowtie. The tyres that are carried by this new Captiva are massive 235/R17 tyres. From the inside also company has changed the styling pattern of the SUV. Now Captiva comes with leather interiors. It gets a sunroof and HVAC for the third row. Along with all these changes, the new Captiva also has eight way power adjustable driver seat. The new captiva also gets six airbags from the safety point of view. Also there is addition of seat belt pretensioners with adjustable height options for the new Captiva.
Chevrolet will continue with the old 2.0 litre engine as well as the new 2.2 litre engine. In all now, Chevrolet Captiva would be sold at three different trim levels. These models alsong with the price ( Ex-showroom Delhi) is given below.
