The overall score that was accumulated by Apple was 849. While HTC stood at second rank for the overall wireless smartphone ranking index. This ranking was carried based on the customer experiences of 8,736 smartphone users.
In these circumstances, it is clear that Apple leads the pack with its iPhone. The new iPhone which is yet to be launched in two days time would further strengthen the position of Apple in the overall market.
