Twitter which started by just supporting textual updates, is soon to start video uploading and sharing features. It will provide these features via Twitpic.
Twitpic is already engaged in providing the facility for sharing all kinds of pictures on Twitter. But, soon it will also be supporting video. With the help of support for Video sharing, you may get rid of all the Youtube sharing links on Twitter and you can directly share them on Twitter.
Accoring to Noah Everett, Twitpic initiator, “users will be able to upload videos from the site itself, but besides direct upload, they would be able to upload videos via email or any other client that supports the new video option”.
Not only this, Twitpic is also working on sharing of multimedia in real time. With this feature, you would soon be able to Upload and Share videos within Twitter’s environment.
